Hi! I just found out that it was a bad idea to use page builders for blog posts lol. Now I have to go back and redo my posts. Thankfully, I only have about 30, but what a bummer! Thanks for this video. Do I need to uninstall classic editor to see Guttenberg? Also, I looked into the plugins section and saw there were so many plugins to β€œenhance” or β€œsupplement” Guttenberg. Do you use or recommend any of those? I would love to be able to do some of the things I can do with elementor on posts

Where do I get it? How much is it? Do you put it on each site, or open it and then open the site, or?

Waaaaaay too much advertising up front. I wanted to see the tutorial but couldn't stand the adds. I moved on.

How do you change the default settings for text size? My wordpress site has "Medium" as the default text size, but I want to change it to a "Normal" default text size. For now, i'm having to individually change it every block.

Adam, I'm a little confused about Gutenberg. Is it already in WordPress 5.4? If so, do I need to disable the 'Classic Editor?'

This is an old post, so I hope you see this.

Ye but this editor has no option for mobile, responsive blocks nor can you hide blocks on mobile. Where is that? Why is it missing?

Thanks Adam! Ready to get out of my "comfort zone" a little. When the latest WP update defaulted to Gutenberg for the first time I had that "rug pulled out form under me" moment, and later on installed the Classic Editor plugin to override it. I had a feeling I was missing out on further learning and stretching a little.

Thank you for both the detailed and informative guide. But, my guess is that Gutenberg works way better if it is empowered by addons. What do you think about Getwid? Your opinion is really valuable for WP users. Thanks.

Thanks for the great video.

May I ask you as a professional, is it possible to make site using both Elementor and Gutenberg? For example I would like to make a site with 2 columns and different blocks in every column, or at least blocks at the one of the columns and elementor type contents in the other column?

Great video! It was to the point, covered all the basics, and didn't include too much/too little. It seems just perfect for people who've already been using WP for a while.

Hi Adam, sorry you had such a negative experience here previously. I haven't had the time to go through all your new gutenberg videos yet but had a quick question. It's going to sound somewhat stupid but excuse me as I am learning. Can you use the gutenberg and a page builder on the same site? Can they both be used in building a site together? Thank you so much for all you do. Carolyn

Is there a way to make the blocks full screen? That's what I miss about the old editor.
