This is a really good tutorial! Thanks for sharing. However, I'm scratching my head for a while. It seems that I can't change the colours of the top menu. Only when I'm in the "Blog" page that the changes apply. Would you be able to help me, please?

I love your videos. I appreciate your clear, honest advice. I do have a question. Should I use a child theme with Astra Pro? I purchased the Astra Growth Bundle and I'm in the process of creating an e-commerce site. I saw in the control panel where is recommends a child theme when editing WooCommerce. I find information on the internet that is unclear to me. I've even looked through the Brainforce site… still not sure how to proceed or find a good guide for this.

Hi, to bed I did not run on your great youtube earlier on. I have Astra Pro but could not get their help. Got stuck on of canvas header so I delete my website and got a new installation of WordPress. Now I'm looking for information on how to replace the home in the menu with the logo and site title. Can not find information on the subject. The second question is the lending page. I do not see an option for the landing page in AStra. Any help?

@ 4:46 you said that the Delete Previous Imported Site will cause my whole site to be deleted before the the new theme is loaded. Did I understand correctly? If I've taken many days to populate my site with text, photos, and graphics that, when I change the theme it will also wipe out all my content, right? I thought the whole idea of themes is to separate the presentation from the content. I hope I'm wrong in this understanding, because the theme I have chosen just doesn't work for me; too narrow so the schedule tables are crushed.

Every time I import the Astra theme, I have double of everything, for eg, 2 'home', 2 'about'. Can you please help me?

Hi Adam. Great video. This is what I was looking for in order to understand basics of theme settings. Yet I need some more help to understand which was not covered in this video that after installing Elementor Pro what controls the default layout of website? I mean is it the astra theme or does Elementor takes over the web layout? Is it possible to set website default layout settings totally by Elementor? Or is it good practice to let manage web layout and settings by theme and just use Elementor as page builder? Kindly advise. Or if you could recommend me a video on this please. Why do most of astra's free templates require Elementor if you aren't using it? What's the point of having it then?
